Gasoline prices in Qatar
Qatar is one of the Arab countries with the lowest prices for gasoline, after Egypt, Algeria and Libya, according to a survey and statistics prepared by the specialized energy platform.
The country is working to maintain the stability of gasoline prices, at a time when the past year 2022 witnessed a major imbalance in crude oil prices after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which caused crude prices to rise to $140 per barrel of Brent crude.
The current stability in fuel prices in Qatar is the third, during the current year 2023, after prices moved last March for 91-octane gasoline, which is the most used in the country.
